These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Plannza Desk platform operated by Plannza ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Plannza Desk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

2. Service Description

Plannza Desk is a cloud-based helpdesk and client support platform that provides ticket management, a branded client portal, team collaboration tools, and integrations with the Plannza project management suite. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your login credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.

4. User Obligations

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure

All content, features, and functionality of the Plannza Desk service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software — are the exclusive property of Plannza and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the service.

6. Payment & Billing

Certain features of Plannza Desk require a paid subscription. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Plannza shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through a notice on the service. Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through the account settings. We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease and we may delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
